This Privacy Policy explains how Ovexa Technology ("Ovexa", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit ovexa.org or contact us through this site. It is a general statement of our practices and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the first and last name, work email, phone number, company or business name, and message you enter. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type as part of serving the site.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. To display text in our fonts, your browser loads font files from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which means those providers receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or follow-up.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can provide continuity of service.
• To improve our products and communications based on the questions people ask.

Where it is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and a copy is sent by email to our team inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers located outside your country.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ovexatechnology@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
