Ovexa Vet runs both sides of a veterinary business. For suppliers of veterinary medicine, surgical items and goods to government and institutional buyers, tender and quotation notices are found and read automatically, scored for go or no-go, and taken through a priced bill of quantities, bid security and contract. Stock is bought and issued by batch with first-expiry-first-out — expired items are never issued — and supplies are invoiced with VAT only on taxable lines, payments arrive net of TDS, and securities are released, all in double-entry books.

For clinics, the same system handles the practice itself: owners and their animals, a live appointment queue, consultation cases, vaccination and deworming schedules, breeding records, inpatients and boarding with daily charges, a controlled-drug register, deposits and billing that post straight to the accounts. Clinics can open a public online booking page and give each pet owner a private link to their animal's record.

A KPI dashboard brings supply and clinic results together — sales, collections, win rate and clinic activity, compared with the same dates last year and against targets you set. An optional AI assistant can read notices, advise on pricing and answer business questions; everything still works without it.
